Videos

As a part of the Outcomes and Recovery Blending (ORB) grant, three short training videos were created.  The first video (20 minutes) provides an overview of the recovery and the Ohio Consumer Outcomes Initiative as well as a description of the development of the ARROW report.  This video was developed as a training tool for staff at the agencies that participated in the pre-testing of the ARROW report.

The second video (15 minute) provides techniques for engaging consumers in the Ohio Consumer Outcomes Initiative and treatment process.

Other ORB Resources

Listed below are other resources or products that were developed as part of the ORB project.  While free for use, please acknowledge the source of the materials.

ODMH Data Entry Template and Reports Generator
Includes the Microsoft Access data entry template as well as the file and directions for using the reports generator.  The ARROW report and Social Connectedness subscale have been added to the reports generator and are available to those using the Access 2000 data entry template.

Consumer version of the ARROW
(you must choose "enable macros" if asked in a pop-up...best viewed by maximizing your screen and using a screen resolution of 1024 x 768.)

This Excel file allows individuals to take the Ohio Consumer Outcomes survey on their own as frequently as they wish.  After completing the survey, a slightly modified version of the ARROW report is produced.  The report can be used to set personal recovery goals.  Since survey results can be archived, a person can track his/her progress over time.

ARROW activity list
This Excel file includes the example activities included in the ARROW report.  These activities are only meant to serve as example activities that a person may engage in.  They are designed to assist with dialogue in the treatment planning process and to generate ideas.
