This section provides information about the Ohio Consumer Outcomes Initiative, including the Achieving Recovery/ Resiliency the Outcomes Way (ARROW) report. The Hamilton County Community Mental Health Board (Board) received a 3-year grant (2002-2005) from the Ohio Department of Mental Health to develop and evaluate the ARROW report and corresponding resources. |
